If you want it to be! Landscaping and fencing can be easily included in your build with us, meaning you don't have to engage with and deal with a separate company. Our highly trained team includes structural landscapers and fencers ready to finish your beautiful home before handover.
Unlike other building companies, we will only take on a small number of projects at one time to ensure commitment, quality workmanship, customer service and a finished product delivered on time with no excuses.

This 2-bedroom, one-storey home has beautiful high ceilings and large glass sliding stacker doors, allowing plenty of natural light in and a bright, open-plan living area for entertaining.
An elegant timber deck wraps around the home, providing a ramp access rather than stairs. Practical floorplan designed around the clientβs wish list which included a large walk-in robe and a potential office space with a desk.
High-quality finishes and natural tone colours throughout the home complement the backyard and the original family house.

Mermaid Waters Rebuild
This family had outgrown their 3-bedroom, 2-story home but loved the location. We took the old home, with good bones and turned it into a stunning new 3-story home.
